Nilfisk-Advance is one of the world's top 3 suppliers of professional cleaning equipment. In Europe, the company deals with a variety of very specific market segments, including hospitals, hotels, the iron and metal industry, and schools.
To help Nilfisk-Advance generate leads, CBC developed direct marketing packages which specifically target each different market segment
― 7 segmented campaigns to date. Each consists of a sales letter, direct mail piece(s), print advertising and a segment-specific "micro site" on Nilfisk-Advance's corporate website.
Variations on a similar creative approach were used in nearly all of the campaigns to maximise the company's resources.
